Policy set forth in the Parent/Student Handbook states that school tuition covers the 10-month period starting in August through May. Tuition shall be paid the first week of every month (unless you agreed to the eleven (11) month option). These payments must be received by the Brightwheel Company (https://mybrightwheel.com/). Payments are not automatically drafted, you either have to turn on autopay or go in every month and pa manually. Any difficulties regarding these payment obligations must be communicated with the Principal. All other fees must be paid by the required dates communicated to all parents and submitted to the school’s business office.

Tuition for Kindergarten through Seventh Grade for the 2024-2025 School Year:

• Registration fee K-8th per Child: $300

• Technology fee per Child: K-8th $100 or $10.00/month
• Extended care K-8th: 3:00pm - 6:00pm $6.00 per hour - per child
• 2nd Grade – $25 per student for sacrament fee (First Reconciliation)
• 3rd Grade – $25 per student for sacrament fee (First Communion)
• Fundraising Buyout: $65 per month or $650 flat fee paid by September 1st
• Parent Participation Buyout: $60 per month

1. To observe the philosophy, rules, and policies of St. Adelaide Academy as set forth in the school handbook.
2. To give thirty (30) volunteer hours over the course of the school year. Five (5) hours must be spent working the Carnival. Each 
3. To pay $650 (Preschool and TK $350) per family through school-sponsored fundraising in addition to tuition. $100 of that is to be raised through the purchase of Scrip. Fundraising credit for Scrip is determined by the rebate percentage of each card. This is to defer the high cost of tuition that would occur if pre-registration fees, parent participation hours, and fundraising were not available to parents. This fundraising obligation is mandatory for all families.
4. To sell $100 worth of Bishop’s Golf Classic Tickets (ten tickets at $10 each). This is a mandatory fundraising obligation. You will be credited 50% of the money raised from the sale of the Bishop’s Golf Classic Tickets toward your fundraising obligation.
5. Each family must sell at least two $25.00 tickets to our annual Monte Carlo night 
6. There will be a $25 charge for each tuition payment made in the school office.
7. There will be a $25 late fee for all tuition paid after the 10^th of the month.
8. There will be a $30 service fee for all returned checks.
9. No payment arrangements (late) will be established without the approval of the school principal. Due to the financial security of the school, late payment arrangements will be discouraged to maintain financial sustainability.

Families receiving tuition assistance are expected to perform additional services for the school by donating their time and talent beyond the thirty (30) required hours, meet all fundraising obligations, and will be called upon to help with various activities and fundraising events throughout the year. For every $50 of assistance, you are required to add one (1) hour to your parent hours. (For example: If you are granted $500 of assistance, you are required to work ten (10) extra hours.)
